Covid-19 Policy
The site will be open from 12th April. Following government advice, the planned opening date of our toilet & shower blocks is May 17th. For arrivals before this date guests would need to use their own facilities.
In the event of lock down/travel restrictions due to COVID 19, booking can either be moved to another date or a full refund can be issued.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the site as safe as we can for our guests.
Thank you,
Dan & Sadie
Great Kellow Farm
- Contactless check in will be used where possible. To minimise contact the balance of any money due for your stay are due 2 weeks before arrival. When you arrive on site, please follow the check in instructions. Please remain inside your vehicle and we will welcome you and show you to your pitch.
- When on site we will be asking campers to follow latest government guidance on social distancing, group size, numbers allowed to meet/socialise and bubbles.
- For health and safety reasons, campers are not allowed to have day visitors onto their pitches – please meet family and friends off-site so we can limit the number of people on our campsites.
- There will be signs as a commonsense reminder to keep two metres from other people. A one-way system will be in place around the toilet and shower block.
- Hand sanitising stations are in high use areas.
- Facility blocks will be deep cleaned plus supplementary cleans each day – please patient with us during cleaning times.
- Please wear a face covering whilst waiting to use the toilet & shower block also when using the communal area, where possible.
- We ask that if you can use your own facilities in your unit, you do so as much as possible – this will help us manage demand and queuing. Campers will also be able to pitch their own toilet tent on their allocated pitch.
- Our washing up areas will remain open. To be used by one family at a time.
- Service points will be open – please follow hand washing guidance; whilst we will have this available on site, we would ask campers to also bring with them their own supplies of soap & hand sanitiser.
